MG+M has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal in our Wilmington, Delaware office that will assist the firm’s national trial team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously. Assist with trial preparation and logistics, administrative/case management, client reporting, and client communication. Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys. Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, and other pleadings. Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material. Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners. Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time. Candidate Requirements: 5+ years’ general litigation experience is required. Asbestos litigation experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree. Strong organizational skills. Proficient interpersonal skills including effective communication with both attorneys and other paralegals to accomplish goals. The ability to both work both independently and as part of a larger team. Effective problem solving capabilities. Preference to mid-level candidates with experience using legal systems such as Westlaw, File & Serve Xpress, PACER. Why Should You Apply?
