We have an immediate opening for a Healthcare Regulatory Associate in our Dallas office with at least 5 years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare regulatory matters (with specific experience with the Stark Law, the Anti-kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, and licensure and enrollment), transactional matters, and reimbursement matters (including Medicare and Medicaid payment statutes and regulations). Prior law firm or in-house experience is strongly preferred. The firm is looking for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and are seeking opportunities for growth and the desire to work on a broad range of business transactions in the healthcare industry. Candidates should have the desire to work hard and be open to travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have a Texas bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
