Miller Canfield, a Midwest firm with over 200 attorneys across 19 offices worldwide, seeks an associate to join its Chambers-ranked Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. The associate will work in our Chicago, Illinois office and support trial, appellate, arbitration and commercial litigation matters. Our deep bench includes attorneys who were experienced in resolving a wide range of commercial disputes, including domestic and international business-to-business litigation, arbitration and mediation, ranging from supplier disputes to bet-the-company M&A cases, as well as defense of government litigations and white-collar criminal matters. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience with excellent academic credentials and research, writing and analytical skills. Previous Federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing in Illinois or eligible for admission, either by examination or waiver.
