The Atlanta office of Holland & Knight LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Ideal candidates will have [3-6/4-6] years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
