Midlevel Labor Relations Attorney–Portland (Hybrid Position) Miller Nash is seeking a midlevel management-side traditional labor law attorney with four to six years of experience to join our Employment Law and Labor Relations team in our Portland office. The Employment Law and Labor Relations department represents local, regional, and national companies and public entities and institutions in all facets of labor and employment law in union and nonunion environments. The traditional labor attorneys at Miller Nash are dedicated to helping clients navigate all facets of labor law and relations, including collective bargaining, contract administration advice, and representing employers in arbitrations and board hearings. Candidates must be a member of the Oregon State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity. Washington or California State Bar license is a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys; fully remote options may be considered.
