Kronick seeks a motivated paralegal with 3-5 years of eDiscovery experience to join our team. The salary range is $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. Responsibilities include reviewing, organizing, and analyzing documents; performing legal research; handling discovery documents; drafting legal documents; conducting full document reviews; managing document productions; and preparing for trials. Qualifications: 3-5 years of eDiscovery experience (more is a plus), familiarity with EDRM practices, experience with relational databases and eDiscovery platforms, strong analytical, communication, and writing skills, and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro). Experience in labor and employment law and case management is a plus. Compliance with CA’s Business and Professions Code 6450 is required.
