McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Construction Associate to join our growing Real Estate and Construction Group in one of our Pennsylvania offices. McNees’ construction attorneys offer the scale of services and innovative techniques of a national law firm with the personalized service you expect from your hometown legal team. They deliver sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of clients in virtually all areas relating to construction contract drafting, litigation and project counseling. Desired Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school with licensure in PA 3-5 years of litigation experience, construction experience a plus Interest in the construction industry and in practicing construction law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent research, writing and communication skills Self-motivated, driven and detail oriented Desire for engagement in local business and legal communities In this role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an established team, collaborate with leading attorneys in their fields and enjoy advancement opportunities.
