THE OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting opportunity for an midlevel Associate in our Construction, Energy and Infrastructure practice with at least four years of experience to join our Firm. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As a Construction, Energy and Infrastructure Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: Transactional background, including 3 to 6 years experience drafting complex construction and project documents Experience in drafting and negotiating engineering, procurement and construction, design-build, design-bid-build, design-build-operate and/or maintain, construction management, procurement and supply, design and development agreements preferred.
