The Hong Kong Capital Markets Structured Finance and Derivatives (SFD) group is currently searching for a new team member to join their dynamic, innovative team. Working within the exciting and diverse region of Asia this role provides an excellent opportunity for team members to specialise in the Asian SFD practice, allowing associates the opportunity to develop and escalate their legal experience and expertise in all aspects of SFD including areas such as OTC derivatives clearing, corporate derivatives and the China market. Relevant experiences with 4 to 7 PQE and excellent academics Focus on structured finance transactions such as structured bonds / lending, ABS and covered bonds
