We are seeking associates in law school class years 2017 – 2020 with corporate experience representing developers, lenders, sponsors and tax equity investors in renewable energy development, project finance and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating project contracts (including O&M agreements, EPC contracts, management agreements and offtake contracts) purchase and sale agreements and tax equity financing agreements as well as general corporate related experience. The opportunity affords meaningful client contact with blue chip corporate sponsors, strategic investors, investment funds and other sophisticated investors on cutting edge matters. The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
