<p></p> Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program What to Expect The Counsel, Insurance will report to Tesla’s Associate General Counsel and provide legal counsel in connection with the development and implementation of insurance products and other growth initiatives. The role is responsible for the creation of company insurance policies, forms and notices and will be a critical partner and legal resource to a variety of internal business units, including product management, claims, billing, sales, marketing and customer service centers in support of the company’s growth initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts. The position will serve as a subject matter expert on insurance products, legal compliance, regulatory, market conduct exams, state legislation, policy contract matters and litigation exposure. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
