<br> The Responsibilities
<br>Supporting sales teams in discussions with companies to sell complex technology solutions
<br>Structuring, drafting, and discussing complex customer agreements for SaaS and other technology enabled products and services, professional services agreements, data processing agreements, intellectual property agreements, and statements of work
<br>Managing agreements that comply with company policies/risk tolerances and support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
<br>Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on all commercial matters
<br>Keep abreast of legislative changes and proactively making recommendations for policy or product changes required to protect JLL Technologies
<br>Provide training to the business in relation to legal and risk issues
<br>

<br>J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
<br>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
