The Corporate Group in the Palo Alto office is looking to hire two mid-level associates (3-4 years experience) with general corporate/M&A experience working in a law firm environment in the class year range of 2016-2017. The individuals should be members of the California bar and have significant deal experience working in a similar environment at a peer firm. A high level of academic achievement, sophisticated deal and solid law firm experience are required.
