Candidates should have at least three years of large law firm experience representing companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments and financing transactions. Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school, an entrepreneurial attitude, and California bar admission are also required, though candidates awaiting July 2017 California bar results (with another state bar and 3+ years’ experience) will be considered. Ideally, this position will be based in the Silicon Valley office, but candidates interested in working from the San Francisco office will also be considered.
