The Boston Office of Seyfarth Shaw seeks a Real Estate Associate with at least 4 years of significant commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with acquisition and dispositions, development, real estate finance and lending, land-use, zoning, permitting, and/or leasing. Experience with capital markets is a plus. Candidates should have experience with drafting and negotiating documents, including loan documents and opinion letters, and the review and resolution of title, survey and zoning issues. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
