Moses Singer seeks an Associate with 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts. We are seeking a creative and pragmatic thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings, and try cases is preferred. This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment. Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the New York Bar. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to, job experience, familiarity with and experience in the legal industry, skillset and other requirements as set forth on the job description.
