Our Corporate practice group seeks a class of 2019 – 2021 Capital Markets Associate. Candidate must have experience working on a variety of capital markets transactions and public company issues, and ideally has experience with tender offers or liability management transactions. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. Our Corporate team serves as trusted advisors and powerhouse dealmakers to public and private companies, leading investors and boards of directors around the world. This position is required to be available to work in person. All employees are required to comply with the firm’s employment policies.
