Willkie’s Real Estate Department is seeking a mid-level to senior associate ideally with broad, well-rounded experience working on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions and leases. Our expectation would be that this candidate could function fairly independently, and will have moderate to significant drafting experience. Some negotiation experience would also be a plus. This person’s role would include being the primary draftsperson on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and overseeing junior associates’ performance of due diligence activities and drafting of ancillary documents. Salary - $260,000 - $310,000
