The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in California Breach of Warranty law, particularly in automotive-related litigation. This position requires a deep understanding of California breach of warranty laws, experience defending corporate depositions, and proficiency in handling discovery-related motions to compel. Experience managing large dockets across multiple jurisdictions within California state courts and direct client interaction is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines are essential. Candidates must possess strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Admission to the California Bar is required. Likely salary range: $135,000 - $155,000. Exact compensation will vary based on years of practice, experience, and skill level.
