Obermayer has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney in our Family Law Department. Qualified candidates should have 3-7 years’ experience and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with NJ license a plus. The candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of family law such as divorce matters, child custody, child support, spousal support, protection from abuse, marital settlement agreements, dissolutions, and post-decree modification. Responsibilities will include attending court conferences and hearings, drafting motions, pleadings, memorandums, discovery demands and responses, etc. We offer a friendly work environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits.
