Duties and Responsibilities Attorneys will assist in the defense of state and nationwide class actions and California PAGA representative actions involving a broad range of employment-related claims. Attorney will be trained and mentored in class action litigation, complex case handling, law and motion, discovery and depositions. Attorneys will represent employers in court, arbitrations, depositions and mediations for employment-related class actions and representative actions.
