Jackson Lewis P.C. is hiring attorneys to defend employment-related class actions and representative actions for our growing practice. Cover letter, resume and two writing samples are requested. Duties and Responsibilities Attorneys will assist in the defense of state and nationwide class actions and California PAGA representative actions involving a broad range of employment-related claims. Attorney will be trained and mentored in class action litigation, complex case handling, law and motion, discovery and depositions. Attorneys will represent employers in court, arbitrations, depositions and mediations for employment-related class actions and representative actions. Skills and Educational Requirements JD from accredited law school, with exceptional academic credentials California Bar admission required Class and representative action experience required Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Commitment to professionalism, collegiality and teamwork #LI-LM1 #Hybrid #Associate For California, the expected salary range for this position is between $210,000 and $230,000.
