The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking an experienced associate with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join the regulatory practice of our Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate will have 4 – 5 years of Investment Management experience. Strong familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940 and Securities Act of 1933 required. Prior experience must include advising fund sponsors on the formation and operation of investment funds. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Illinois.
