SAIBER LLC is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate with 3-6 years of litigation and/or employment law experience to join our Florham Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and talented attorney who seeks challenging work assignments with a reasonable hourly requirement. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents. Prepare discovery responses and requests. Conduct legal research. Provide client status reports. Other litigation-related matters as needed. Participate in business development and marketing initiatives. Successful candidates will possess the following: Litigation experience, including discovery, depositions and preparing dispositive motions. Admission to New Jersey required; New York preferred. Federal or N.J. Appellate, Chancery or Law Division clerkship preferred. Outstanding academic credentials Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to work independently.
