Responsibilities Manage files from inception to trial Take depositions Draft motions Appear in court Medical record review Client reporting Requirements: 3 years of insurance defense litigation and general liability exposure experience Demonstrable track record of success in liability defense Experience and facility with medical records NY Bar required.
