Mid-Level Trust & Estates Litigation Associate

Our trust and estate litigation team known as the Family Wealth Resolution & Disputes Practice Group is seeking a mid-level trust and estate litigation associate with at least 5 years in civil litigation experience. The associate will handle litigation matters related to trusts and estates, including drafting legal documents, participating in dispute resolution processes, and providing legal counsel to clients. Prior experience working with trust and probate litigation is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have the ability to juggle multiple deals at once while effectively overseeing and mentoring junior associates. This is a hybrid position based out of San Francisco, Sacramento, San Rafael or Walnut Creek. The annual base compensation for this California position is approximately $210,000 to $240,000. Placement within the salary range depends up a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for the role.
