We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive real estate attorney with at least 2 years of commercial real estate experience. Review and draft real estate purchase contracts, leases, easements, and other agreements. Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches. Prepare entity and closing documents. Review and issue title commitments on behalf of nationally recognized title insurance companies. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions. Negotiate terms and conditions for real estate transactions on behalf of clients. Ensure that real estate transactions comply with legal requirements. Facilitate the closing of real estate transactions. Research and stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and trends affecting the industry. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and real estate professionals to achieve clients’ and firm objectives. Possess an outstanding academic record with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to The Florida Bar in good standing. At least 2 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, contracts, and property law. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proven track record of providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
