The New York office of Skadden, Arps is seeking to hire an attorney who would report to our Global Head of the Firm's Labor & Employment Group and our Firm Counsel. Candidate would be responsible for the Firm's Labor & Employment law compliance which includes, but is not limited to: Providing advice and counsel to Firm's Human Resources, Attorney Recruiting, Attorney Development and Benefits departments, among others, with respect to all aspects employment law compliance Preparing and conducting compliance training on employment matters Ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited Law School and have at least 3 years of relevant law firm experience in the Labor & Employment group (additional in house experience a plus). Candidate should be detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills.
