Job Description: The Labor & Employment Group in the Century City and Los Angeles offices is seeking an attorney with 3-4 years of labor & employment experience. The ideal candidate would have sufficient experience with a full array of labor & employment issues, including: defense of claims pending before state and federal courts; union management relations; reductions in force; employment contracts negotiations; policies and employee benefits programs; and counseling human resource managers and supervisors regarding employee matters and compliance issues. Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations required. Labor & employment class action and PAGA experience is a plus. Admission to the California bar, immediate transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent writing skills are also essential. In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in California is $260,000 - $310,000/yr. This range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
