Polsinelli, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated litigation attorney to support our Health Care Professional Liability practice group in our Kansas City office. This is an off-track position offering exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients. Interested candidates should demonstrate competitive law school achievement and aptitude, high-level writing and communication skills, and three or more years of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or related civil litigation including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation (drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, taking and defending depositions, handling court appearances, etc.).
