<br> As our General Counsel and Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance, protecting our company's interests, and providing expert advice and guidance on all legal matters. You will oversee general counsel responsibilities, review contracts, trade law matters (specifically with ITAR and EAR requirements), provide valuable support in M&A transactions. This position requires a strong background in trade law and a comprehensive understanding of corporate legal processes.

<li> Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school</li>
<li> Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction</li>
<li> 10+ years of experience in trade law, general counsel responsibilities, contract review, and M&A support</li>
<li> In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and regulations</li>
<li> Proactive thinker and leader</li>
<li> Proven high level of ethics and integrity</li>
<li> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
<li> Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li>
<li> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li> Aviation industry expertise (preferable)</li>
