King & Spalding seeks a staff attorney to support the International Trade team by managing U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty filings consistent with Administrative Protective Order (“APO”) regulations and procedures and supporting other projects. This position works closely with the Trade team’s lawyers to manage the APO compliance program, provide technical review of proprietary and public filings to ensure conformity with agency and court rules, and provide training and supervision of team members. The position will also include managing or administering other substantive and administrative projects in support of ongoing disputes, litigation, investigations, and other matters. Qualified candidates will possess a J.D. and two years of experience in a law firm, government agency, or legal department as a paralegal or attorney. Experience in an International Trade practice in a law firm is preferred.
