Level Experienced Job Location Denver, CO - Denver, CO Education Level Graduate Degree Job Shift Day Davis Graham & Stubbs is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 4+ years of experience in complex commercial transactions, such as manufacturing, supply, or repair transactions, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry. An ideal candidate should have experience with both commercial and government prime contracts/solicitations and subcontracts, as well as experience drafting agreements and responses to RFPs/RFQs. An ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of FARs and DFARs. Having the following experience would be a plus, but not necessary: M&A experience including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture or sophisticated financing and investment transactions, including non-disclosure agreements; intellectual property and licensing experience in the context of manufacturing and supply chain agreements; and corporate governance. An ideal candidate must be inquisitive and demonstrate an eagerness “to please” while solving the client’s legal problems. Candidates for this position are expected to work approximately 100-120 hours per month and must be comfortable and productive working in a virtual work environment, i.e., ideal candidate can work from any U.S. location. Candidates must be a graduate of an ABA accredited law school and hold an active and in good standing license to practice law in U.S. jurisdiction(s).
