Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials; California bar admission; excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills; and 1-3 years of complex civil litigation experience at a large law firm, focused in the areas of products liability and/or toxic tort and environmental litigation. A federal court clerkship is preferable, though not required.
