Qualified candidates will have five to six years’ experience, including significant experience working on M&A (e.g., private and public company M&A transactions, including transactions with private equity purchasers and sellers). All candidates should have large law firm experience, solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
