The Santa Ana office of Selman Breitman LLP is looking for an associate with one to five years of experience handling general liability and toxic tort matters. The incoming associate will work directly with senior partners and clients, and should have strong analytical, research, and writing skills. The person will be involved in all aspects of the firm’s general liability and toxic tort/environmental practices. The work will include primary file handling, as well as drafting motions and pleadings, depositions, trial preparation, and second-chair trial work.
