The Dallas office of Baker McKenzie seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience for the Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group, supporting its complex commercial litigation and government enforcement practices. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills are required, as is experience in drafting pleadings and conducting discovery, arguing motions and taking and defending depositions. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice is strongly preferred, and a former clerkship with a federal district judge or circuit court are pluses.
