The New York office of Bracewell LLP is seeking an associate to join our Finance practice. Our Finance team represents banks and other lenders, as well as corporate borrowers and sponsors, largely in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Job Requirements: 3-6 years of law firm experience in corporate and/or project financing transactions Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and other financing documents Commitment to client service, excellent communication skills, and interest in collaboration Intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn new skills and work on a broad range of financing transactions Candidate must be eligible to practice in New York In addition to other benefits offered by the firm, the base salary range in NYC for this role is $[260,000 - 390,000]. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within this good faith range will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
