RMG is seeking a partner or senior associate-level business transactions attorney with experience working independently and collegially with other internal and external counsel on sophisticated transactional matters, including M&A transactions, entity structure and organization, and issues regarding tax-exempt entities. Portable business or ongoing relationships with clients is preferable, but not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in business transactions and entity documentation, including hands-on experience that includes structuring transactions and reviewing, drafting, and negotiating entity formation documents, operating agreements, partnership agreements and other joint venture agreements. The ideal candidate has demonstrated an ability to work on multiple matters and evidences a strong attention to detail, with excellent drafting and organizational skills. Finally, the candidate must have the ability to negotiate effectively and forcefully for our clients, while also being congenial with opposing counsel, colleagues and clients.
