Description
Clark Hill is seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience for its Bankruptcy business unit in the Dallas, TX office. Ideal candidates will have bankruptcy specific experience representing business debtors and creditors, including financial institutions, landlords, and unsecured vendors. All candidates must have a strong familiarity with the bankruptcy code, the uniform commercial code, and experience with transactions, business workouts and restructurings. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills, along with excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school are required. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Attorneys interested in business development activities preferred. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $145,000 -$165,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
