Job Description: Jennings Strouss & Salmon PLC’s Phoenix office is seeking a highly motivated partnership track attorney with approximately 7-8 years of relevant experience, to work full-time in our Real Estate and Business Transactions Practice Area. Job Requirements: The successful applicant must: Have at least seven years of general corporate and mergers and acquisitions experience. Additional experience in securities and capital raising transactions, healthcare, technology, renewable energy, private equity and venture capital are beneficial although not required. Possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, research, writing, communication and analytical skills. Have an active Arizona Bar membership or be eligible to gain admission to the Arizona Bar. The attorneys in our business transactions practice collaborate with the attorneys in the firm’s tax, estate planning, intellectual property, labor and employment, and litigation practices to assist clients with all of their legal needs.
