Commercial Litigation Associate Attorneys – Los Angeles

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, has two opportunities for litigation associates to join our Los Angeles office. We are seeking one associate with 2–4 years of experience and another with 5+ years of experience. These are excellent opportunities for attorneys seeking long-term career growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Position Details:
We are looking for candidates with strong defense-side litigation experience. While prior commercial litigation experience is preferred, it is not required. Ideal candidates will have:

• 2–4 years or 5+ years of litigation experience (depending on position)
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Ability to take and defend depositions and appear in court
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Active California bar license
• Salary range of $125K-$200K+

These positions are based in downtown Los Angeles. After an initial period, a partial hybrid schedule may be considered.
