D&O Insurance Coverage Associate

Cozen O’Connor’s New York office seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm’s renowned Global Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience analyzing professional liability coverage issues, including the preparation of coverage opinions. Experience with D&O liability coverage matters is preferred. Litigation experience is a plus. Strong research and writing skills and admission to the New York Bar are required.

The salary range for this role is $205,000 - $220,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
