We seek an associate who will focus on litigation of trademark matters with 1-3 years of experience, strong academic credentials, and exceptional analytic skills and writing ability. Experience with trademark litigation, especially ex parte and inter partes proceedings before the TTAB, strongly preferred. A passion for counseling clients on intellectual property matters, with a focus on trademarks, and for the litigation of intellectual property disputes is essential. The position also includes responsibility for trademark prosecution. Candidate is a vigorous advocate who enjoys working in a congenial and technology-savvy atmosphere.
