Responsibilities and practice The Birmingham office of Dentons Sirote is seeking a Corporate & Securities Attorney with excellent academic credentials and 5-10 years of experience to join our growing team. The person hired for this position will work closely with our attorneys and staff to assume such responsibilities as: Reviewing/drafting/preparing/negotiating various corporate and securities documents, including private placement offering documents, limited liability company agreements and fund documents Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful corporate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, merger agreements, license agreements, and nondisclosure agreements Supporting the corporate and securities practice group by performing general research, analysis and writing Contributing to a broad range of regulatory matters, including securities, tax, aviation, banking, and communications This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere and to enjoy the benefits and resources of a global law firm.
