Natural Resources Attorney (3-7 years experience)

We are looking for a 3-7 year Associate Attorney who wants to work on cutting-edge water and environmental law issues for public- and private-sector clients throughout California. The candidate should have experience in relevant practice areas, like water resources, environmental, land use, or Tribal law experience. Candidate must be a quick study, resourceful, and self-sufficient, with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong legal analysis and writing skills. Our firm takes a flexible approach to compensation that is tailored to each attorney’s unique ability to contribute to the success of our clients and firm—not lock-step according to J.D. or Bar date. The range for this position is $125,000 to $185,000 for an expected 1750 evaluation hours, plus hours bonuses and discretionary bonuses for exceptional performance.
