We are seeking an Antitrust Counsel for a position in Cahill Gordon and Reindel’s New York office. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in a wide range of antitrust matters, advising and representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, financing transactions with the potential for antitrust risk, and antitrust compliance. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. Compensation: The anticipated salary range we expect to pay for this position is: $400,000 to $550,000 including bonus. This is an excellent opportunity to join Cahill’s antitrust practice. Our lawyers handle a comprehensive range of antitrust and competition matters, from M&A and other strategic transactions to investigations and class action litigation.
