POSITION REQUIREMENTS Do you have what we’re looking for? minimum 3 years of relevant experience in both litigation and solicitor-side insolvency & restructuring issues, including exposure to Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) proceedings, enforcement of security, bankruptcy proceedings, priority issues and receivership matters; familiarity with the CCAA and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act; self-starter who embraces challenge and thrives in a fast-paced setting; strong communication and drafting skills; excellent academic credentials.
