The Employee Benefits Practice Group of Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking a benefits attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will have significant experience counseling employers with all types of ERISA and non-ERISA plans and arrangements, including retirement plans or health and welfare plans. The candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized team working with outstanding clients. The position can be resident in the following Littler offices: California: Fresno, Irvine, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Walnut Creek Seattle, WA Portland, OR Texas: Austin, Dallas, Houston Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $325,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $210,000 to $255,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
