Job Description: Bradley’s Renewable Energy Team is seeking to add a mid-level or senior associate preferably in our Charlotte, NC office. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of legal practice, preferably with significant transactional experience, and are looking to join a practice focused on development and construction of renewable energy projects. Job Requirements: Preference is for this position to be in our Charlotte, NC office, however, we would be open to candidates in our other offices as well. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of legal practice, preferably with significant transactional experience, that are looking to join a practice focused on development and construction of renewable energy projects typically representing independent power producers or engineering, procurement, and construction contractors. Renewable energy experience preferred, but not required if there is a strong interest to learn this industry. Additional preference for backgrounds and expertise in the Engineering, Construction, Finance, Tax areas of law to be beneficial for connecting with clients. Solid internal and external communication skills needed, as this position will require regular client interaction with both in-house counsel and commercial representatives. Excellent analytical, legal writing and grammar skills are essential. Superior academic credentials from an accredited, top tier law school.
