Join our team of seasoned litigators! Our litigation group deals with all types of civil, criminal and commercial litigation. We deal with a broad spectrum of disputes, including personal injury, medical malpractice, employment, contract and business disputes, and contested probate, estate and trust litigation. Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, and assisting our senior attorneys at oral arguments, depositions, and trial. The right candidate is an attorney with 1 to 4 years of experience practicing law, but recent law school graduates who have exceptional academic performance and who have sat for the Illinois bar exam will be considered as well. They must demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills, including researching and analyzing case law and intricate regulations and statutes; drafting persuasive arguments; identifying, summarizing, and tracking key facts, documents, and testimony; and understanding and managing complex litigation.
